Jason Lewis, Steve Smith, and April Abril of Expedition 360
Expedition 360's mission is "to circle the world by human power alone, to use the adventure as a classroom learning tool,
to encourage world citizenship between cultures, to promote environmental responsibility, and to live fully and enjoy the
experience."

|
| Jason Lewis |
Jason Lewis isn't your ordinary explorer, cyclist, or athlete unless your idea of ordinary is transporting yourself over 45,000
miles across five continents, two oceans and one sea over a period of 13 years. Utilizing bicycles, kayaks and various other
self-propelled mechanisms, Jason and Team Expedition 360 completed a human powered "true" circumnavigation on October 6, 2007.

|
| Steve Smith |
The idea for Expedition 360 was conceived by Steve Smith, chief organizer and team spokesperson. Steve himself is no rookie when exploring the world by human power, joining
Jason in his five year pedaling journey from London to Hawaii.

|
| April Abril |
April Abril is education coordinator and Secretary/Treasurer for Expedition 360. April's first encounter with Jason was in 1995 when
he visited her class. Fueled by the excitement of her students, she supported/joined Jason on his CO to CA leg of his trans-US
adventure.
As April says so eloquently, "...it is always a risk to swim against the tide, but we're here only once...live
fully the experience and become stronger for it...then use it to make the world a better place..."
